Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

  1. Free shipping today on all orders at jcrew.com . Nice, but would be much more tempting with a % off sale items...

  3. Sure did! The JCrew at University Village in Seattle had 25% off all women's clothes, and 30% off final sale. Madewell next door increased their student/teacher discount to 20% for the day. Some nice deals . . .

  6. I went to retail to make a return of the quilted pencil skirt (review). I wish it was quilted front *and* back.

I erroneously stated that the marled rib-stitch cardigan (review) is handwash. It's actually machine wash gentle, lay flat to dry.

  7. Has anyone seen the leather tuxedo pixies in (preferably) black or gray in a size 2?? I am have been searching for those for so long, they feel like the holy grail at this point. I realize the leather stripe pixies are similar, but I don't love the zippers, nor am I fan of the factory Gigi's. If anyone has seen these in a store lately, please let me know!

  8. Stopped in to try on the Dannie pant, and have never tried on a pair of pants that horrible. Between the rise & the back zipper, I felt like I had on the most ridiculous pair of "mom" pants.
